Restart

5. Both Conexant Audio & Modem Driver: (Audio e Modem conexant x Compaq CQ.rar)
Download (mediafire)
or
Download
or

Download (rapidshare)
or
Download (easy-share)


After extracting " Audio e Modem conexant x Compaq CQ.rar" file using Winrar or whatever program you use,

A) Execute audio\setup.exe

B) Execute modem\UIU32m.exe

6. Ethernet: Choose "WinXP (WinServer 2003) Driver" from the following link:
